alttec blade metal soil (core soil) / sheath soil (random soil)
What is blade gold soil (core soil)?
This soil is used as embankment embankment for irrigation ponds, etc. for the purpose of stopping water. The embankment body repair method (Maeba metal method) is used because it ensures water stoppage in about 90% of pond construction. It is also used in sandbags to stop water for disaster prevention.
Characteristics of alttec’s blade metal clay (core clay)
- Recycling is used to design a mixture that meets the ideal conditions of the pond (permeability test, density test, adhesive strength, internal friction angle).Blade gold soil usually refers to natural soil collected from a specific mountain, but in recent years it has become difficult to secure cohesive soil. Also, even when it is possible to obtain it, it is often difficult to obtain “quality such as water resistance and stress” and “securing the required quantity”.It is a low-cost and environmentally friendly product because it uses recycled dewatered cake generated from a gravel plant as a raw material.・It is a product with excellent waterproofness and workability.
- Construction period can be shortened.
- It is a low-cost and environment-friendly product.
- We can provide uniform and stable products.
- It is used in various fields.
- We deliver to neighboring prefectures such as Shiga, Mie, Kyoto, Osaka, Hyogo and Nara.
Ensuring stable workability
We carry out thorough quality control and ensure stable workability at the site by shipping with the optimum water content ratio at the time of shipment.

Management of water content ratio
The optimum water content ratio of blade metal soil is our management standard
We manage the water content ratio at 19% to 45% (changed depending on temperature and weather).
When used in the field, please
Please pay attention to the water content ratio.
Please see below for details regarding the water content ratio.
